I have been a customer of Groner Service for the past 27 years. When I first moved into my current home, Ken & Co. installed/replaced my central A/C and furnace. I have maintained a service contract with them since. Only just recently I needed to have my furnace replaced. From the service provided by Jason and Brandon, on the office side, all the way to the wonderful technicians, Greg, Ali, and Matt, who arrived most promptly, to replace the furnace. The entire process experience was simply exceptional. It was apparently most obvious that service under recent new ownership from Ken, to the current ownership, has not suffered whatsoever. They are ALWAYS there to answer my concerns and to provide the exceptional service for which they were/are known. I think I'll keep 'em.
